Roast: Our signature roast is a medium-dark, or Full City, roast. The beans develop a rich, brown color. Droplets of oil appear on the surface of the beans. Hints of bittersweetness start to emerge. The brew has muted acidity and a heavier body. The result is a smooth, elegant and perfectly balanced rich flavor.

After roasting, the beans are immediately packaged in gusseted foil bags that seal in the fresh-roasted aroma and taste customers love. Our bags, with one-way degassing valves, provide high barrier protection from freshness-robbing moisture and oxygen.

Whole beans: Most often, we sell this blend as whole beans so that you may grind the beans just before brewing. If you prefer your coffee already ground, please let us know.
